1. Service Provider Information

2. Use of Service

2.1 User Categories

The Service is available to carriers ("Carrier") and clients ("Client"). By registering, Users confirm that they have legal capacity and can enter into legally binding agreements.

2.2 Registration

Registration is required to use the Service. Users must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Carrier Subscription

Carriers can access the full platform functionality with weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the Stripe payment system.

3.2 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled before the billing date through the Fuvarbörze dashboard.

3.3 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3.4 Free Trial

Fuvarbörze may periodically offer a 3-day (72-hour) free trial for new subscribers on annual plans. If not cancelled, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

Subscription fees are displayed on the website. All fees are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) unless otherwise indicated. We notify users in advance of any fee changes.

4.2 Invoicing

Invoices are issued for paid services. Due to VAT exemption (AAM), invoices contain 0% VAT. Invoicing is processed through Billingo.hu.

5. User Obligations

• No advance payment: It is prohibited to request or make advance payments for freight services before completion. Exception: amounts deposited with Fuvarbörze.
• The Service must not be used for illegal or unethical purposes.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their provided data.
• Subscription fees must be paid on time.
• Service features must not be shared with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider:

• Is not responsible for the fulfillment of agreements made through the platform
• Is not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information
• Does not guarantee continuous service availability
• Makes every effort to ensure secure platform operation

7. Data Protection

The Service Provider processes data in accordance with EU GDPR regulations. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified at least 15 days before changes take effect. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website.
